Our Hemp & Oats Porridge is packed full of healthy goodness with superfoods such as chia, quinoa and antioxidant-rich natural sweeteners, lucuma and yacon. This is a quick, easy and nutritious breakfast the whole family can enjoy.

Stove Top: Pour the porridge into a saucepan, add water or milk and a pinch of salt. Gently bring to the boil and simmer, stirring occasionally until porridge is a good consistency (approx. 3-5mins).Microwave: combine porridge with water or milk in a microwave-safe bowl and stir lightly. Microwave on high for 90 seconds Serve with fresh fruit and sprinkle with coconut sugar or drizzle with a little honey.
This can be used to make Bercher muesli.
