Ingredients

Each jar contains: 60g magnesium L-Threonate, 60g blackcurrant, 60g maqui berry, 30g phycocyanin, 15g ashwagandha. No additives or preservatives.

Dosage

Adults take 1tsp (approx. 3.5g) morning and late afternoon in a small glass of water.
Reseal cap immediately after each use.
