Taurine

Taurine is an amino acid which is thought to play a central role in supporting healthy ageing. 
Research has shown the circulation and availability of taurine within the human body decreases with age and its decline/loss may contribute to age related health issues.
Taurine deficiency transcends species and has been identified as a potential driver of ageing in worms, mice and monkeys.
Recent studies have shown that taurine levels are  associated with a number of key markers of ageing such as:
DNA health
telomerase length
mitochondrial function
cellular senescence
markers of inflammation
abdominal size

Dosage (Adults): 2 capsules.
Doses per bottle: 45
Directions: Take 2 capsules per day with or without food.
Caution: Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal cap immediately after each use. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25oC. Pregnant or nursing - seek advice from a healthcare professional before consuming.
