Super Yummy Chocolate Fudge with Lucuma

Super Yummy Chocolate Fudge with Lucumachoc-brownies
(Lucuma is a fruit used as a low glycemic sweetener – you could also use stevia or coconut sugar if you can’t get Lucuma)
1 cup organic coconut oil, melted
3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
¼ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lucuma powder
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 pinch salt
extra cacao powder for top
Melt coconut oil with other ingredients in a medium glass bowl until smooth. Spread into a small glass container and refrigerate until solid (about an hour).
