Matcha Tea - Press 1/2 teaspoon matcha tea powder through a small sieve into a bowl. Add 1/4 cup hot (not boiling) water and whisk vigorously for 1-2 minutes until a foam is formed. Pour into a mug and top up with more hot water if desired.Matcha Latte - Press 1/2 teaspoon matcha tea powder through a small sieve into a cup. Add 1/4 cup hot (not boiling) water and whisk vigorously for 1-2 minutes. Heat 1 cup milk in a saucepan and add 1-2 teaspoons coconut sugar to sweeten. Pour the heated milk into the cup containing the tea. Dust with extra matcha tea powder.Alternatively, add to smoothies, raw desserts, ice-cream, pancakes and baking.
