Cacao powder is one of the best food sources of magnesium available. A large majority of western society are deficient in this stress-busting mineral due to poor food choices, excess alcohol/caffeine consumption and high stress levels. Magnesium is involved in over 300 metabolic processes within the body. It is key to ensuring a good night’s sleep as well as proper muscle and nerve function.
