Directions (for a 75g size tub)Add contents of the container to warm bath. Soak for 20-30 minutesFor foot soaks:Add 1/3 of the contents into a tub large enough to hold both feet flat. Add only enough water to cover the tops of the toes. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes. After soaking rinse with water if desired or towel dry.
